someone remind them that they are BABIES, PLEASE.

This is happening now.

And yesterday, I took the girls to the dentist and they take pictures after the exams, and there’s a whole ceremony of finding last year’s picture and replacing it with this year’s. When we found theirs, I nearly fell over. Audrey doesn’t even look like the same KID and Maggie had ALL OF HER BABY TEETH.

Then we spent the afternoon trying on fall clothes and Maggie has grown a ridiculous amount since winter so pants she was too small for last year, she has grown PAST THEM NOW.

Trying on clothes from the fall/winter bins. It's getting dicey.
Actually not annoyed at the clothes, she’s annoyed at me. Mostly.

Today I started prepping Audrey’s birthday party invitations. For her FOURTH BIRTHDAY. Which is in less than a MONTH.

If you need me, I’ll be over here singing Sunrise, Sunset and rocking in the corner.

I’m still trying to adjust to having a kid in SCHOOL. When did THAT happen?

Seriously. On one hand, I don’t mind a little older because Henry has gotten out of most of that crazy three stage but goodness, too old. They’re all too old.

Awww. Stop it babies! Stop that right now!

Audrey’s cheeks between those two pics – she looks like she lost a bit of her baby look in that year.

How cool that your dentist keeps these on record, though! Our pediatrician does this, but not the dentist.

I swear every time I look at your pictures now I’m like “Who is that girl who isn’t Maggie?”

It is NUTS to me how much kids grow.

Shorts and pajamas I bought Ezra in May are now so tight they’re like a second skin. Damn, kid.
