(This is right before I had to wake her up from her late nap yesterday, after she had fought the no-pacifier thing for 90 minutes. Good news? Last night she didn’t make a single peep at bedtime. Lights out by 8:30 or 9. Though it appears now that she has a new fetish with the socks.)

    My kids do that with the socks, too. Except they like to use their father’s stinky socks that go up past their elbows.

      It cracked me up when I saw it. She’s done this with socks while playing, but never in her crib. I can just picture her in there, babbling and singing, and thinking Hey! You know what this song needs? SOCKS ON MY HANDS.

      I also love the open-mouth snooze.

    If I can see correctly, she has nothing on her feet and socks on her hands? Now, that’s precious. As is a baby who no longer has it in her to fight about a pacifier. Yay for you!
