weekly winners, volume 17

What a weekend! Busy and fun (and productive!) We spent Saturday at the zoo with some Burgh Mom friends. Four kids aged 3 and under, including 1 meal and an ice cream break, and surprisingly the day went VERY well. If you ignore the moment when our daughter escaped through the fence surrounding the kids’ play area and took off running through the crowd. WTH was that about, kid?

Some great shots! I love “purty” and “hamming it up” – I’d also love to see a closeup of Maggie in “little miss bossy!”

My wife and I *really* wanted to attend this meetup at the zoo, but we didn’t want to take out a one+-week old. (Just had Zach on July 1!) Hopefully we’ll be able to get to a future Burgh Mom gathering, and I hope you all will be there, as we want to meet all of you!

Congrats on the new baby!!! Yeah that would have been quite a trip, bringing a 1 week old to the zoo, heh. Hope to see you at a Burgh Mom gathering soon!

Wow, it looks like you had the place to yourselves, and had a wonderful day, too. Maybe one day I will make a Burgh get-together again.

    Peanut was soooo tired ;).

That was such a fun day. Maybe next time you bring Dan I’ll bring that high school classmate of his… hehe.

Aww, I love these! My favorite was down the slide and hamming it up.

So cute! I love her little pointy finger in the bossy picture :)

We had a great time too, and I agree that it went surprisingly well! I think we all had a moment of “OMG what is my kid DOING?!” but overall? Pretty good!
