and the winner is…

Congrats to JP of PomJob on being the winner of the blog design contest! The only stipulation for her win is that she shares the story behind the blog name. Inquiring minds wanna know!

Here’s the random number generator screenshot:

Thank you to everyone (all 50+ of you!) for participating! I’m going to make it a point to visit each and every one of your blogs in the next week or so. What a great way to find new awesome bloggers, right? It’s almost like I’m a winner too. I will keep you all posted on when the new blog goes live for JP so you can check out the goods.

And in other news, we’re still having Fun With Molars at our house. Sunday night I got three (THREE!) hours of sleep and spent most of the night on the couch with a fussy baby and didn’t return to my bed until 5:45. FIVE FORTY-FIVE. That just isn’t right. The sun was coming up, people. Last night, I got 6 hours of sleep. Not as good as I’d hoped (though I guess hoping for 24 hours straight was a bit much to ask) but I’ll take it. I just wish these FREAKING TEETH would come in already, for everyone’s sake. It’s been a very rough few days. Can a person die from lack of sleep? I’m starting to wonder…

    Oy…I hate molars too! Those are so hard to get in for them. I know Braden struggled with them when he got his 1 years in and just recently, he started with his 2 year molars. He would also run a terrible fever.

    Is she getting all four in at the same time? Even though it really is hell on Earth…it is so much better than to have to wait for each and every tooth!

    I hope you’re able to sleep a little more each night…it’s so not fun!

    {sarcasm}Just think…just as soon as those molars are fully in…she’ll start with her 2 years! Yay! {/sarcasm}

    So far, I’m going to have to guess that you can’t die of sleep deprivation. I’m a few months ahead of you on it, and still waiting for somebody to just put me out of my misery already.

    At least you know it’s teeth. Some day it will end. Maybe.

    As long as you get *some* sleep you can’t die. But after 72 hours without sleep you start to hallucinate and are considered clinically insane. :)

    Sorry about the molars…hopefully they’ll be in soon! (Like, today!)

    Oliver must be the only kid who shows no real signs of getting teeth… they just sort of show up… and I’m sure you are giving me the evil eye now, but I really do feel bad for you & Maggie. :( I hope those teeth let you all get some sleep from now on!

    P.S. You should seriously sell blog designs/templates on the side. We would all buy them! :)

    @Melissa: *EVIL EYE* lol yeah I have to say, I’m pretty jealous of your luck on that one! The only upside to her getting 5 teeth at once (!!!!) is that at least it gets it over with. Right? *sigh*

    I actually have ‘blog templates’ on my to-do list and have had it there for a while… even just for free downloads (maybe some more ‘fancy’ ones for a fee) But you know how it goes… I have a bazillion great ideas in my head but nowhere near enough time to do them all! lol
