Baby Girl Lyker arrives


As my sister posted in the comments yesterday… the baby is here!

Maggie Elise

Margaret Elise Lyker – we’ll be calling her Maggie. 6lbs 11oz, 19 1/4 inches long, born 12:42pm on March 28, 2007.

We’re in love. And tired. And happy. And overwhelmed. And it’s fantastic.

I’ll post more later, of course. There are some fun twists and turns in the birth story, which I’ll probably need several sittings and days to write out and record for history’s sake :)

Until then: Try not to say ‘AWWWWWW!’ to this one. Just TRY.

    I have been reading your website for years and years now – I’ve seen you and Dan dating, graduating, getting married and now you have a baby! How weird and cool is the internet? :-D
