high on life

Today our friends came to visit with their kids, and we spent the day out and about with them. Dan (my Dan) and Tyler took their daughter Kylie to see Curious George, and Kristy and I did some shopping with their 1 year old son Craig. We went to Starbucks while we were out, and I treated myself to a Caramel Frappachino. And now I am HIGH ON CAFFEINE. I never have caffeine. I always drink water. I don’t like coffee normally- but I do make exceptions for coffee drinks filled with caramel-y goodness and whipped cream.

But now… now I am paying for it. I am trying to work, and I can’t concentrate. I can’t type without making a hundred mistakes. I feel like my mind is going 1 million miles an hour and I’m just along for the ride. My eyes are open wide wide wide and I don’t even see what I’m looking at. How do people DO THIS EVERY DAY?!?! I feel like I’m on drugs or something…

Help! ;afj;asfhposadufijsadfkl34;tljdelf Make it stop! I have to get some work done! EVIL STARBUCKS!

Hah! We went to see Curious George today too, except I fell asleep and Jon swears I was snoring. I can’t help it. I never get to sleep. Being that I am breastfeeding I am supposed to stay away from caffine, but the other day I was having a rough day and treated myself to a Cinnamon Dolce Coffee and OH MY GOD, it was crazy. Evil Starbucks!

I’m a coffee addict! Caffeine has never really had an effect on me, but guarana in those energy drinks makes me a bit jittery.

Coffee is my bedtime drink! ;)

I recently gave up caffeine related drinks and then had one the other day and I felt the same way. Jittery and lack of concentration!

haha yeah :) I don’t know how some people can say they get more work done when they have caffeine… I couldn’t concentrate for 3 or 4 hours after that!!! I think I’m just not used to it… heh
