We’ve been listening to Steeler songs pretty much since we woke up this morning. We are SO READY.

We’ve been doing the same thing! Chuck has made a few CD’s and they are full of Steelers/football songs. We are so excited over here. We have been trying to just relax and sit around in order to save our energy for the game!

I’ve started reading your blog ages ago. The thing is I live in Austria and I didn’t watch the game (I prefer sleeping in the night *hehe*) but when I read about the result in the newspapers today I knew there’s definitely someone out there who will be very, very happy today. :)

I rooted for the Steelers the entire time. But I can’t say that I felt their first touchdown was a true touchdown…I kind of felt bad for Seattle when it was ruled as a touchdown. It so wasn’t! Oh, well…I figured it all out point wise..Steelers would have won anyway! Yeah Steelers!

:P It was SO a touchdown… barely, and we’re lucky that it wasn’t overturned… not because it wasn’t a touchdown, but because it was close enough that the refs could have gone either way with it. I will say though that the refs were pretty crappy last night- both ways, but moreso against Seattle. But… as my husband pointed out- those are the things you have to overcome in big games- just like we did against Indy a few weeks ago!!!!! :)

Thanks for rooting for us!! I still can’t believe we won… hasn’t sunk in yet! And because we played so crappy for 90% of the game, it’s almost anticlimactic. heh.

It was a generally good game, but you’re right, nothing too spectacular. :) Everyone was crappy! :)
