In the past 48 hours, I have consumed about 50 cough drops. Seriously. I think my teeth may rot out of my head!
I also have no voice today. So answering the phone at work was fun.
Yesterday I got my new shower and tub. I’m in love. It’s gorgeous. I only wish I had the energy to start painting and tearing up the floor and putting in a new sink and all that stuff. I can’t wait to see it all finished.
I am not doing any work tonight. Dragging myself to work was hard enough. I spent the day at home yesterday after having only slept for about an hour on Monday night next to the humidifier and breathing in a hot, wet washcloth, trying to soothe my dry, scratchy throat and dry nasal passages. It was glorious and sexy, let me tell you.
I’m off to play my video game and watch Lost.

Listen up sister, you need to rest! Do you want to get pneumonia (did I spell it right?). Rest up and take care of yourself and quit spreading germs at the Big Bird!
