Dear Weather,
This is really not necessary. Really.
October is the first full month of autumn. AUTUMN. Not winter. When I wake up on an October morning, I expect it to be cool, with a nice crisp sunrise, and maybe just a hint of frosty dew on the grass. NOT HUGE CHUNKS OF SNOWFLAKES covering the ground.
It’s not even Halloween yet. Come on man! Give us a break. Winter in Pittsburgh already lasts until April. Give us October off, at least. Have some mercy.
At least we didn’t get 8 inches like in the mountains to our east, of course. I’m sure those people are REALLY pissed at you. Except for the kids who had school cancelled. Bet they weren’t expecting that this early!
In summary, I would appreciate it if you would make this a one-time thing. Don’t let this happen again until December 24, please.
Thank you.

I agree! The kids were so excited to see snow this morning. I wasn’t, I hate cold weather!

Did I sleep in or something? I totally missed the snow I think!

Actually there wasn’t much up near us, but here at work (Wexford) there was definitely snow! CRAZY!

Ugh! Snow. You guys keep it, we don’t want any down here.

We had big chunks of it coming down but it just melted into slush.

Can we turn this into a petition? I’m ready to sign!
